Zacks Investment Research Analysts Upgrade Fisher Communications Inc (FSCI) Shares to “Outperform”

Fisher Communications (NASDAQ: FSCI) was upgraded by Zacks Investment Research from a “neutral” rating to an “outperform” rating in a report issued on Saturday.

Fisher Communications, Inc. (Fisher) is an integrated media company. It conducts its operations through two subsidiaries: Fisher Broadcasting Company (Fisher Broadcasting) and Fisher Media Services Company (Fisher Media Services). Its broadcasting operations provided approximately 90% of consolidated revenue in 2009, with television accounting for approximately 81% and radio accounting for approximately 19% of its 2009 broadcasting revenue. Fisher Broadcasting Company owns and operates 13 full power television stations (including a 50%-owned television station), seven low power television stations and 10 owned and managed radio stations in the Western United States. Its television and radio stations are located in Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho and Montana. Fisher owns ABC and Univision network affiliates in both Seattle and Portland. It also owns three radio stations in Seattle. Fisher Media Services Company owns and operates Fisher Plaza.
